Issue of Shares

Further to the $2 million Financing Announcement, Aura wishes to inform the market that on 30 April 2019 the Company issued the following ordinary shares:

On 30 April 2019, the Company and Lind Global Macro Fund LP ("Lind") executed a Convertible Security Funding Agreement (the "Agreement") with the Company receiving proceeds of A$2,000,000 (before costs) for convertible notes with a face value of $2,400,000 repayable in 26 months.

Under the terms and conditions of the Agreement, the Company issued 50,000,000 collateral shares and 62,500,000 options over ordinary shares to Lind at an exercise price of 1.6 cents per option and the options having an expiry date of 30 April 2022.

The total number of ordinary shares on issue following the issue and Admission of the above Placement Shares will be 1,207,200,524 ordinary shares. There are no shares held in treasury and, therefore this figure may be used by shareholders, from the appropriate time, as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
