Aura executes Loan Funding

Aura Energy Limited (AEE:ASX, AURA: AIM) advises that it has executed short term loan funding of A$100,000 with Lind Global Macro Fund for general corporate purposes.

The terms are listed below and the funding does not include any securities.

 

Advance A$106,000

Face Value Amount A$127,000

Legal Fees A$5,000 legal fees (Paid on repayment)

Repayment Date 31 December 2020

Interest rate 0% per annum

Security General Security Agreement by the Borrower in favour of the Lender, dated on or about 30 April 2019.

Governing law Western Australia

Facility Fee A$6,000
