AGM Statement

Aukett Fitzroy Robinson Group Plc, the international architectural and interior design practice with offices in Europe, the Middle East and Russia, will hold its annual general meeting later today at which Chief Executive Officer, Nicholas Thompson, will provide the following update:

Integration of the newly acquired Swanke Hayden Connell Europe is proceeding as anticipated with the expectation of property costs savings to be made in due course, albeit as previously stated, these will be partially offset in the short term by integration costs.

The group continues to win new commissions. In the UK there is a continuing bias towards the number of commissions being won in the UK regions. This reflects both our historical position in this important commercial market and the re-emergence of activity in the wider UK property development sector.

Against a continually improving economic backdrop the board looks forward to the rest of the current financial year with confidence.

Interim results for the six months ended 31 March 2014 are expected to be reported in late June 2014.
