PDMR shareholding
Augean, one of the UK's leading specialist waste management businesses, was notified that earlier today Jim Meredith, Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 800,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 31 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Jim Meredith's total shareholding in the capital of the Company is 1,500,000 ordinary shares, representing c. 1.46 per cent. of the voting share capital of Augean.
