Augean, one of the UK's leading specialist waste management businesses, has been notified that on 14 November 2017 John Grant, a Non-Executive Director of Augean, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of Augean ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 31 pence per Ordinary Share through his SIPP. Following this purchase, John Grant's total shareholding in the capital of the Company is 100,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.10 per cent. of the voting share capital of Augean.
