PDMR dealing
Augean, one of the UK's leading specialist waste management businesses, has been notified that on 7 November 2017 North Atlantic Smaller Companies Trust Plc ("NASCIT"), of which Christopher Mills, a Non-Executive Director of Augean is investment manager, purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of Augean ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 29 pence per Ordinary Share.
Christopher Mills is therefore now interested in 18,600,000 Ordinary Shares being 18.09% of Augean's issued share capital. 11,000,000 Ordinary Shares are held by NASCIT, 7,500,000 Ordinary Shares are held by Oryx International Growth Fund Limited ("Oryx) and 100,000 Ordinary Shares are held by Harwood Capital LLP ("Harwood"). Harwood is investment manager to NASCIT and investment adviser to Oryx. Harwood is a limited liability partnership of which Christopher Mills is a partner and Chief Investment Officer. Christopher Mills is also a shareholder and director of both NASCIT and Oryx.
