Dividend Declaration
In the Company's preliminary results announcement of 25 March 2014, the Company announced that the Board will recommend a dividend of 0.35p per share at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 5 June 2014.
Subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting the dividend will be paid on 13 June 2014, following an ex-dividend date of 4 June 2014 and a record date of 6 June 2014.
