Augean Plc15 May 2007 Augean Plc 15 May 2007 Director/PDMR Shareholding Augean Plc (the "Company") was informed on 15 May 2007 that the followingdirectors of the Company each purchased ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, as follows: Andrew Bryce, Non Executive Director, today purchased 7,500 Ordinary Shares at aprice of 145 pence per share. His resultant holding of 7,500 shares isequivalent to 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Rory Macnamara, Non Executive Director, today purchased 10,000 Ordinary Sharesat a price of 145 pence per share. His resultant holding of 10,000 shares isequivalent to 0.015 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. On 14 May 2007 Roger McDowell, Non Executive Director, purchased 10,000 OrdinaryShares at a price of 141 pence per share.
