Artemis Alpha Trust plc announces that Adrian Paterson has acquired a further 36,789 ordinary shares in the Company. Mr Paterson now holds 2,000,000 ordinary shares representing 4.88% of the total voting rights in the Company.

Kartik Kumar has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares and now holds 10,995 ordinary shares in the Company.
