Board Appointment
Attraqt Group plc (AIM: ATQT), is pleased to announce it has appointed Grahame Cook as an independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Following this appointment Grahame will Chair the Company's Audit Committee and join as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
Grahame is an experienced banker and growth technology investor. He is a Chartered Accountant with six years in the accounting profession followed by 18 years as an Investment Banker, including as Joint CEO of Panmure Gordon and Managing Director, Member of Global Investment Banking Management Committee and Global Head of Equity Advisory Division at UBS Investment Bank.
Grahame has a track record of helping to grow shareholder value, mentoring and supporting executive management teams and has significant experience in the Technology sector through his current role as a Non-Executive Director at Draper Esprit plc and his previous roles as a Non-Executive Director at BIW Technologies and Chairman at MDY Healthcare Limited, a Medtech investment company.
