Board Appointment
Attraqt Group plc (AIM: ATQT), a leading provider of online search, merchandising and personalization solutions for ecommerce, is pleased to announce the appointment of Laura Harnett as an independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
Laura is an experienced Non-Executive Director and an active angel investor focused on businesses in the retail and consumer industries. She has worked with a variety of companies, from start-ups and privately-owned businesses to FTSE 100s, delivering growth and improving profitability. At the heart of her approach is a focus on customer experience and leveraging digital capabilities.
Most recently, Laura worked at luxury department store Selfridges where she held a number of roles including Director of Strategic Programmes and Director of Digital Projects. Laura drove significant cultural change at the company, building on its digital capabilities and positioning the business for strong long-term growth. Prior to Selfridges, she spent over a decade in consulting (Deloitte, Booz & Company) building her skills in consumer and retail strategy and becoming a trusted advisor to a range of globally recognised brands. She was also Head of Strategy at Kingfisher PLC where she was heavily involved in structuring and mobilising B&Q's turnaround plan.
