Total Voting Rights

As announced yesterday, Atlas Mara Co-NVest Ltd ("Atlas Mara") has agreed to purchase a total of 1,743,888 Atlas Mara shares at a price of $10 per share from departing managers of ABC Holdings Limited ("BancABC").
ย
Atlas Mara's total number of ordinary shares immediately prior to the purchase was 72,458,524. Following the purchase, which is expected to complete on 15 December 2014, Atlas Mara will hold 1,743,888 ordinary shares as treasury shares and therefore the total number of voting rights in Atlas Mara will be 70,714,636.

This figure may, on completion, which Atlas Mara will confirm to the market, be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Atlas Mara under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
