Prof. Dr. Uwe Krueger, a director and person discharging managerial responsibilities of WS Atkins plc (theΒ "Company"), notified the Company on 19 January 2015 that between 13 - 15 January 2015 in London he purchased 170 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company at Β£13.6943 per share following the reinvestment of dividends on shares held by Prof. Dr. Krueger via a nominee account. This share purchase equated to 0.0002% of the voting issued share capital and these shares will also be held in the nominee account on Prof. Dr. Krueger's behalf.
