Transaction in Own Shares
London, United Kingdom, 03 June 2025 - Auction Technology Group plc ("ATG", "the Company", "the Group") (LON: ATG), announces that on 02 June 2025 it purchased through Deutsche Numis the following number of its ordinary shares for Treasury at an average price of 447.9183p per share:

Highest purchase price paid per share (GBp): | 452.50 |
Lowest purchase price paid per share (GBp): | 440.00 |
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 1,678,471 ordinary shares in Treasury and has 120,991,616 ordinary shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares). Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company of 120,991,616 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Auction Technology Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
