Auction Technology Group plc (the "Company")
Notification of Transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")
The Company has been notified that, on 13 August 2025, John-Paul Savant, a director / person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR), purchased 45,645 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence nominal value each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3.347 pence per share and on 14 August 2025, purchased 30,155 Ordinary Shares at a price of 3.3246 pence per share.
Following the above-mentioned acquisition, John-Paul Savant's total interest in the Company's shares is 2,649,431 Ordinary Shares.
