Auction Technology Group plc (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs")
The Company has been notified that, on 24 August 2023, Tamsin Todd, a non-executive Director of the Company, bought 2,773 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence nominal value each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 717.164 pence per share.
Following the above-mentioned acquisition, Tamsin Todd is beneficially interested in 2,773 Ordinary Shares.
