Tatneft's Board approves date for annual shareholders meeting
At the meeting held onย 2ย February 2009ย the Board of Directorsย of OAO Tatneft (the "Company")ย determined the date and the placeย ofย the Annual General Shareholders' Meetingย of the Company (the "Meeting")ย dedicated to the results ofย Company'sย performanceย inย 2008.ย ย
The Meeting will be held on 26 June 2009 in the Palace of Culture "Neftche" in Almetyevsk, at 10:00 a.m. Moscow time. The Board also approved participants' registration procedure. The preliminary registration will be held from 16 to 25 June 2009, from 08:00 to 17:00 at the following address: 10, Gagarin Street, Almetyevsk (OAO Tatneft Property Department). The registration on the date of the Meeting will begin at 08:30 in the premises of the Palace of Culture "Neftche".
The list ofย persons entitled toย participate inย the Meeting will be drawn up based on the Company Shareholders Register data as of 08:00 a.m.ย 12ย May 2009.
