The Company announces that on the 05 January 2012 it purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company at a price of 175 pence per share. Β The shares will be cancelled with immediate effect.

The purchase equates to approximately 0.01% of the issued share capital at that time. Β Following the purchase and subsequent cancellation, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 42,683,588 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
