Andrews Sykes Group PLC09 February 2007 Andrew Sykes Group plc 9 February 2007 Andrews Sykes Group plc announces that Mr. Xavier Mignolet (42), Mr. JoelLawrence Simmonds (39) and Ms. Marie-Claire Leon (43) have today been appointedas non-executive directors of the Company. Mr. Mignolet is a director of London Security plc, Ansul s.a. and Importex s.a.and subsidiary companies in Belgium. Mr. Simmonds, a chartered surveyor, has been in charge of managing JG Murray'sreal estate group since 2002 and has more recently become increasingly involvedin the occupational properties of London Security plc. Prior to this, he hasworked in both private and public property companies. Mr Simmonds is currently adirector of the following companies and has today been appointed a director ofLondon Security plc: EFS CHALFONT LTD., EFS FINCHLEY LTD.EFS GLENTHORN LTD., EFS MORTIMER LTD.EFS PROPERTY HOLDINGS LTD., EFS SOVEREIGN LTD.EFS UPPER LTD., EFS US HOLDINGS LTD.EFS GROUP LTD.
