Board Appointment
The board of Andrews Sykes (the "Board") announces that, with immediate effect, Carl Webb has been appointed Managing Director of the Company and to the Board, succeeding Paul Wood, who very sadly recently passed away.
As previously announced, Carl was appointed as interim Managing Director of the Company in January 2021, prior to which he had been managing director of the Company's UK business for 15 years.
Commenting, Jean-Jacques Murray, Vice- Chairman of Andrews Sykes, said:
