Winding-up Petition Lifted

As previously announced, the Company has been subject to a winding up petition for some time. On 29 March 2011, the Company announced that another creditor had been substituted on to the winding-up petition, and that the new management team were determined to ensure full process and investigation of these calls for payment and the matter was adjourned for fuller determination.

At a Court hearing on 27 April 2011, agreement was reached with the substituting petitioner and supporting creditor and the petition was dismissed.
