Transaction in Own Shares
AssetCo announces that, in accordance with the terms of its accelerated share buyback programme announced on 12 October 2022 (the "Share Buyback Programme"), the Company purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of £0.01 ("Ordinary Shares") each through Numis Securities Limited ("Numis").

The repurchased shares will be held by the Company in treasury. Following the purchase and settlement of these shares, the Company's issued ordinary share capital is 149,292,970 of which 6,474,976 of its Ordinary Shares are held in treasury which attract no voting rights. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company will be 142,817,994. This figure for the total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
