Kaye Morton, joins AssetCo from Grant Thornton UK LLP, where she was theDirector leading the South and Wales transaction advisory services team. AChartered Certified accountant by training, Kaye brings a wealth of experiencehaving worked on a number of transactions with an array of corporate clients andintermediaries in the UK and New York. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, some tenyears ago, she worked in auditing and banking roles. Kaye has worked very closely with AssetCo, initially as reporting accountant inrelation to the Company's reverse take over of Asfare plc last March and, morerecently, leading the financial due diligence in relation to a number of theCompany's recent acquisitions. Kaye's appointment as Group Finance Director willstrengthen the depth and breadth of expertise available to the Operational Boardand senior management teams of this rapidly expanding business.
