Update on Trading
AssetCo plc (AIM:ASTO), the supplier of integrated support services to the Fire and Rescue Service,
provides an update on trading for the half year ended 30 September 2009.
Trading has remained strong and the Board is confident that the financial performance of the Company will remain in line with expectations.
The Board is pleased with the continued positive progress being made in the UK and UAE.
The Company has continued to deliver its strategy of focusing on becoming solely a provider of
integrated support services. In the current climate, this is proving to be a highly successful strategy.
In July 2009, the Company was awarded Capitalguard, a seven year contract for the supply of an Emergency Fire Crew Capability service to London Fire Brigade. This capability has generated a wide level of interest from other UK fire authorities and supported the Company's activities in the UAE.
The Company is expected to announce Interim Results in early December 2009.
