As announced on 16 June 2009 in the financial results for the year ended 31 March 2009, the Board is proposing a final dividend of 1.25 pence per share (2008: 1.0Β pence). Following approval at the AGM on 29 July 2009, the final dividend will be paid on 25 September 2009 to all ordinary shareholders who are on theΒ register of members on 28 August 2009 (ex dividend date of 26 August 2008).Β
