AssetCo plc ("AssetCo" or the "Company")

Interim Dividend

The Company's shareholder circular and AIM admission document dated 18 March 2022 set out the Company's intention to declare a dividend in the fourth quarter of 2022, following completion of the acquisition of River and Mercantile Group PLC.

The Company is therefore pleased to announce that its board of directors has today declared an interim dividend of 1.3p per share, to be paid to shareholders on the record on 2 December 2022, on or about 23 December 2022.
