The Company announces that it has received notification that Harwood Capital Limited, investment manager to North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC and PCA to Christopher Mills, a Director of the Company, has purchased ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") on 25 July 2024.
