AssetCo PLC20 April 2007 Frank Flynn a director of AssetCo plc disclosed to AssetCo plc this morning thathe purchased 40,250 ordinary shares of 25p in AssetCo plc at a price of £1.91per share on 19th April 2007 (comprising 0.06% of the issued share capital ofthe company). Of the 40,250 shares purchased, 35,000 shares have been purchasedwith the intention of transferring 100 ordinary shares of 25p in AssetCo plc toeach of 350 employees employed by subsidiaries of AssetCo plc at no cost to theemployees. None of the employees to whom the shares will be transferred areapplicable employees. Although the 35,000 shares were purchased in Frank Flynn'sname the purchase price of £1.91 per share was paid in equal halves by FrankFlynn and fellow director John Shannon. The remaining 5,250 shares have been purchased by Frank Flynn with the intentionof transferring the same at no cost to his father. Prior to these transactions John Shannon held 26,963,327 shares in AssetCo plcand Frank Flynn held 7,137,351 shares in AssetCo plc.
