Director Share Purchase

Frank Flynn, a director of AssetCo plc, disclosed to AssetCo plc this morning that he purchased in his own name as principal 25,000 ordinary shares of 25p in AssetCo plc at a price of GBP 1.765 per share on 9th June 2008.

 Prior to this transaction Frank Flynn held 7,175,000 ordinary shares of 25p in AssetCo plc; after this transaction Frank Flynn holds 7,200,000 ordinary shares of 25p in AssetCo plc.'
