AssetCo PLC27 December 2007 AssetCo plc ("AssetCo" or the "Company") Application has been made for the admission of an additional 724,233 shares of25p each in the capital of the Company to trading on AIM. The shares will beissued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company. These shares are being allotted as partconsideration for the acquisition by the Company of The Vehicle ApplicationCentre Limited. Following the proposed admission, the total number of AssetCo Ordinary Shares inissue will increase to 68,472,622. There are no shares held in treasury and sothe total number of voting rights in the Company will therefore be 68,472,622.
