UPDATE ON TIDM CODE

Further to the announcement "Admission to Main Market" published at 07.00 am today, the Company has noted that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares commenced with TIDM "ASP" and not with TIDM "AFP" as had been notified.

As TIDM's cannot be changed intra-day the TIDM will be changed to "AFP" from 08.00 am tomorrow, 2 June 2021, and dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will take place with TIDM "AFP" as published previously with effect from tomorrow and continue under the TIDM "ASP" for the rest of today.
