Director Shareholding

The Company was informed on 13 November 2007 that on that day Stephen Critchlow, a director of the Company, transferred 350,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") to his pension fund at a price of 22.5 pence per Ordinary Share. There has been no change of beneficial ownership of the Ordinary Shares and Mr Critchlow's interest is unchanged following this transfer and stands at 15,848,970 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 13.5 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital being 117,578,495.
