Mr Liu is Managing Director of K&CProtective Technologies Pte Ltd (KCPT), Singapore, and concurrently the VicePresident of Karagozian & Case, Burbank, California, in charge of Asia Pacificmarketing and products development. Mr Liu has more than 17 years work experience in the field of securityengineering, blast mitigation, protective technologies related toanti-terrorism, construction management and technologies. In recent years Mr Liuhas focused on project management in security engineering and blast protection. The association with Mr. Liu and KCPT strengthens the presence that Pentagonalready has in the Far East and establishes a permanent base from which tolaunch its services throughout the region. As previously announced 15 million new Ordinary Shares at £0.008p per share wereplaced with K&C Corporation Pte Ltd, raising a total of £120,000.
