Pentagon Protection PLC23 May 2007 For immediate release23 May 2007 Pentagon Protection Plc ("Pentagon" or "Company") Board change and development of opportunities in Middle and Far East Pentagon Protection Plc, the global specialist in the supply and installation ofenhanced glass protection, announces that, with the full agreement of the Board,Mr Graham Bannerman, who is now living in Dubai, has stepped down as Pentagon'sCEO in order to focus full time on the promotion of the Company's products andservices under an exclusive licence agreement, principally in the Middle and FarEast. Mr Bannerman will remain as Consultant to the Board and the Company willcontinue to benefit from his extensive experience in the industry. AlanNicholl, Chairman of Pentagon Protection Plc, will act as CEO in the interim andthe Company is actively looking to augment the Board as soon as possible.
