Pentagon Protection PLC15 June 2006 For immediate release 15 June 2006 PENTAGON PROTECTION PLC ("Pentagon Protection") PLACING OF ORDINARY SHARES Pentagon Protection, the provider of safety and security products for commercialand architectural glass, is pleased to announce that it has raised £1,250,000before expenses via the issue of 125,000,000 new ordinary shares at 1p pershare. The proceeds of the placing will be used to provide the Company with additionalworking capital and fund the development of the building glass business, whichmay include acquisitions if suitable opportunities arise.
