Exercise of options
On 31 July 2008, the Company received notification that Richard Warner has exercised options over 20,000 ordinary shares in the Ashley House plc at 30 pence per share.
The 20,000 new ordinary shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 6 August 2008.
The total number of shares in issue following the exercise of options is 43,444,379.
