Directorate Changes

Ashley House plc, the health and community care property partner is pleased to announce the following new appointment to the Board:

Executive Director

Richard Darch (age 51) has been appointed Executive Director with effect from today. Richard is a health economist by training and has run health and social care consultancy and infrastructure businesses both as a principal and for major organisations. Richard has an outstanding track record in the Company's sector having won and delivered many high profile projects and his appointment significantly enhances Ashley House's ability to deliver its strategy of growth in both NHS and social care markets.

Board review

With the success of Ashley House's strategy to generate new business from non PCT sectors now being seen in the Company's pipeline of work, the Board is undertaking a review of its structure and membership. This is likely to result in a smaller Board and the review is expected to be complete by the Company's year end of 30 April.
