Declaration of Second Interim Dividend

 

The Board announces that the second interim dividend for the year ending 30 September 2021 of 5.2 pence per Ordinary share will be payable to Shareholders on 25 June 2021. The dividend is payable to Shareholders on the register on 4 June 2021.

The Board has already set out its intentions with regards to the dividend for the remainder of the financial year and continues to expect that the dividend for the year will be 20.7p. This will be the 21st consecutive year of dividend increases.

However, the Board will keep the matter under review and will not confirm the actual level of total dividend for the year until the accounts to 30 September 2021 are finalised in December.
