Asia Cement Corporation announces its intention to seek a cancellation of the listing of its GDRs via RNS.
The purpose of this announcement is to explain the background and reasons for the delisting; and this announcement also fulfils the requirements of UK Listing Rule 5.2.8.
In order to reduce the related management costs, the Board of Directors of Asia Cement Corporation has resolved on March 25, 2021 to terminate the GDR program and to delist from the London Stock Exchange. The GDRs will be cancelled from the FCA Official List, as well as the LSE, effective from July 13, 2021.
The securities to which the cancellation of listing and trading will relate is the Rule 144A GDRs (ISIN Code: US04515P1049 for 144a).
