Directors' Shareholding

The Company has been notified that, Nick Robertson, the Company's Chief Executive, has today sold 939,599 ordinary shares at 320.0 pence per share, following the exercise of options over 339,599 ordinary shares at an average of 25.4 pence per share. 

Following this transaction, Nick continues to hold a beneficial interest in 9,295,057 ordinary shares equivalent to 12.8 per cent of the Company's share capital. He also continues to hold share options over a further 1,132,992 shares under the Company's share schemes. 

The Company has also been notified by Peter Williams, a non executive director, of his purchase today of 20,000 shares at 320.0 pence per share. Following this acquisition Peter owns 50,000 shares and holds 100,000 options over shares. 

In relation to the exercise of options notified above, the 339,599 new Ordinary Shares issued will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company and application has been made for these new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings in the new Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on 6 August 2008.
