Director Shareholding
ASOS Plc ("the Company") announces that today, 14 July 2010, it was informed of the following transaction in respect of ordinary shares of 3.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Nick Robertson, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, disposed of 1,683,424 Ordinary Shares on 14 July 2010 at a price of 890 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction referred to above, Nick Robertson, holds 7,744,600 Ordinary Shares, representing 10.32% of the issued share capital of the Company. In addition, Nick Robertson retains 901,635 Options in the Company.
