NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
Further to the Company's announcement dated 8th February 2012 regarding the results of the Open Offer and the fact that 150,794 new Ordinary Shares would be subscribed by the underwriters and the Company's announcements made on 7th March 2012 and earlier today, the Company is now in a position to detail beneficial holdings of Ordinary Shares in the Company for a person discharging managerial responsibility advised to the company between 1st and 8th March 2012.
