ASA International Group plc reports Director/PDMR Notification
London, United Kingdom / Amsterdam, The Netherlands, 25 April 2024 - ASA International Group plc ('ASA International' or the 'Company'), one of the world's largest international microfinance institutions, today announces that Karin Kersten, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased in aggregate 152,962.00 ordinary shares over 23 and 24 April 2023.
The following disclosures are made in accordance with Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation relating to certain transactions in the shares of the Company by Directors of the Company, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') of the Company and/or Persons Closely Associated ('PCA') with the Directors and PDMRs.
