ASA International Group plc reports PDMR Notification
London, United Kingdom / Amsterdam, The Netherlands, 22 November 2023 - ASA International Group plc ('ASA International' or the 'Company'), one of the world's largest international microfinance institutions, today announces that Rob Keijsers, Chief Digital and Information Officer, has purchased 526,545 ordinary shares and Martijn Bollen, Chief Compliance, Legal and Risk Officer, has purchased 40,000 ordinary shares on 20 November 2023.
The following disclosures are made in accordance with Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation relating to certain transactions in the shares of the Company by Directors of the Company, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') of the Company and/or Persons Closely Associated ('PCA') with the Directors and PDMRs.
