The Company further announces that application has been made to AIM to increase the Company's Block Admission Scheme by 17,390,000 shares, each of which may be allotted and issued in due course should the options granted under the Company's Employee Share Option Scheme be exercised. It is anticipated that the increase in the Block Admission Scheme will be effective 27 October 2011.
The total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights is 717,900,708 ordinary shares of 1p each. 2,666,600 ordinary shares are currently held in treasury.
