Purchase of Shares by Director

The Company was notified yesterday, that on 7 April 2011 Oliver Baring, Executive Chairman, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 7.35p per share.

Following this transaction, Oliver Baring has a total beneficial interest of 2,152,976 ordinary shares, representing 0.40% of the Company's issued share capital.
