2020 Annual General Meeting
As announced on 16 April 2020, the Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, 2 June 2020 at 9.30am at Arrow Global, 2nd Floor, 6 Duke Street, St James's, London SW1Y 6BN.
Arrow Global is closely monitoring the developments relating to coronavirus (COVID-19) and the UK government's latest guidance on public gatherings. The Board recognises that the AGM is a valuable forum for shareholder and stakeholder engagement. However, the health and safety of the Company's employees, shareholders and wider stakeholders are of paramount importance. On this basis, and given the continuation of the UK government's rules on social distancing, no shareholders will be permitted to attend the Company's 2020 AGM in person.
In order to comply with relevant legal requirements, this year's AGM will be convened with the minimum necessary quorum of two shareholders, both of whom will be employees of the Company, and will be held as a purely procedural meeting, covering only the formal business. As such, no live broadcast or recordings of the AGM will be made available.
It is nevertheless important that shareholders cast their votes in respect of the business of the AGM as early as possible. This can be done by completing a proxy form or submitting proxy instructions electronically. Shareholders should appoint the Chair of the meeting as their proxy, rather than a named person who will not be admitted to the meeting. Proxy instructions must be received by 9.30am on Friday, 29 May 2020. Further details on how to submit a proxy form can be found at www.arrowglobal.net.
Shareholders' views are important to us. Therefore, we have set up a dedicated facility on our website at www.arrowglobal.net to allow shareholders to ask any questions that they might have raised at the AGM. Shareholders are invited to submit relevant questions by 9.30am on Friday, 29 May 2020. Responses to the questions will be published on our website following the AGM.
Shareholders should continue to check the Company's website and regulatory announcements for any further updates prior to the AGM.
