Artisan (UK) PLC20 July 2007 20 July 2007 Artisan (UK) plc Board Appointment The Board of Artisan (UK) plc is pleased to announce the appointment of MichaelEyres, aged 50, to the Board. Mr Eyres joined Artisan in 1999, becoming Managing Director of its business park development subsidiary Artisan (UK) Developments Limited in 2001. Previously hewas Sales Development Manager at Astec Projects Ltd. Between 1988 and 1998 heheld the position of Commercial Manager at Potton Group, involved in both itsresidential and healthcare property subsidiaries. He is a Member of theChartered Institute of Building, having trained originally as a QuantitySurveyor. Chris Musselle, Chief Executive of Artisan (UK) plc commented: "The Board welcome Michael to the Board at a time when Artisan (UK) DevelopmentsLimited is expanding and performing strongly. He will take particularresponsibility on the Board for the Group's commercial development activities, anatural extension to his position of Managing Director of Artisan (UK)Developments Limited." Mr Eyres is also a Director of Artisan (UK) Projects Limited. Mr Eyres currently holds 300 ordinary shares in Artisan (UK) plc. Mr Eyres alsoholds an option over 12,500 ordinary shares in Artisan (UK) plc approved sharescheme, granted 1 April 2004 at an exercise price of £1.20.
