Artisan (UK) PLC22 June 2005 Artisan (UK) plc Appeal Judgment - Bickerton Litigation Artisan (UK) plc is pleased to announce that the Court of Appeal has dismissedthe appellant's claims in favour of Artisan. Artisan has been awaiting the outcome of the Court of Appeal hearing followingan appeal by Infiniteland Ltd and Mr John Aviss who had lost their action in theHigh Court concerning the disposal of Bickerton Construction Ltd. Artisan is entitled to claim the outstanding purchase consideration of £503,000from Infiniteland Ltd and Mr Aviss together with interest and costs to beassessed. This may take some time and although Artisan has the benefit of£85,000 paid into court and £350,000 held as security against Mr Aviss'property, further revenues will be recognised only as they are received.
