AIM Rule 17 Schedule Two (g) Update

The Artisanal Spirits Company (AIM: ART), curators of the world's favourite, single-cask and limited-edition spirit brands for a global movement of discerning consumers, and owner of The Scotch Malt Whisky Society ("SMWS"), announces the following information relating to directors' disclosure under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies as an update to the information provided in the Company's AIM admission document published on 3 June 2021.

Mark Bedingham has the following current directorships:

· The Scotch Malt Whisky Society Limited and The Scotch Malt Whisky (Shanghai) Trading Limited, both subsidiaries of the Company;

· DKSHSMI MM Limited, a subsidiary of DKSHSMI Pte. Ltd. of which Mark is also a director of;

· MAR Retail MM Limited, an Associate of DKSHSMI Pte. Ltd.; and

· Star Retail Enterprises Limited, an Associate of SMI Retail Pte. Ltd.

Furthermore, Mark was appointed as a director of YGN Kinnaya Company Limited from 14 November 2018, the company was dissolved by way of a members voluntary liquidation on 25 March 2022.

Andrew Dane has been a director of The Scotch Malt Whisky Society Limited, The Artisanal Spirits Company (Ireland) Limited, ASC Scotland Limited, and J.G. Thomson & Co. Limited, which are all subsidiaries of the Company, since September 2020.

Paul Skipworth was a director of The Scotch Malt Whisky Society Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, at the time of the Company's IPO.
